Postnatal Recovery – Your Path to Well-being and Balance

After birth, your body needs loving support to regain strength. With my 6-month postnatal recovery program, I guide you in a group setting to regain physical strength and balance.

What to Expect:

  • 2x Weekly Online Yoga/Pilates: Together we gently strengthen the muscles, support regeneration, and bring your body into balance. The sessions are recorded, so you can catch up anytime.

  • 2x Monthly Meetings at ‘Klara’s Kitchen’: Exchange in a relaxed atmosphere – with or without your baby – and valuable insights on well-being after birth.

  • 1x Individual Nutritional Counseling & Nutrient Analysis: Focused on your health – we’ll optimize your nutrition and ensure you get all the essential nutrients.

  • 1x 1:1 Personal Training at my Studio or at your Home: Personalized training to meet your specific needs.

  • Members Area & Group Exchange: Access exclusive content and connect anytime via our WhatsApp and Facebook groups. Make new friends!
