Yoga and Pilates for Moms-to-be is a course built on special exercises aimed at preventing or minimizing discomforts during pregnancy.
They encourage a better posture in order to better support the growing belly. They release tension, stretch and strengthen muscles and ligaments, and strengthen tissue. Lung capacity and the metabolism are stimulated and hormone levels and emotional well-being are harmonized.
